Excelente ubicación, pésimo servicio.
La habitación que me dieron tenia minisplit pero no tenia clavija la conexión, ni siquiera ellos lo sabian, me daban largas que me llevarían el control, solicitaba ese servicio debido a que permanecian bajas temperaturas en la ciudad y la habitación era un congelador, a lo que entonces pedi dos colchas extras para poder dormir, despues de eso la puerta de la regadera no abria ni hacia adentro ni hacia afuera, como me iba a bañar? Nos cambiaron a una segunda habitación, todo iba bien hasta que su regadera tenia fuga y no habia agua caliente, segun arreglaban esa situación y nos llevo otra hora, nos terminaron cambiando a una tercera habitación por que lo exigimos, para esto nos pedian que en la habitacion numero dos durmieramos y en esta tercera solo nos bañaramos, osea como??? No pagamos la estancia en abonos, por lo que no lo aceptamos. Terminaron por darnos esa tercera habitación y bañandonos casi la 1:30 am para poder dormir y descansar, una muy mala experiencia, y eso de cambiar nuestras cosas de una habitación a otra por 3 veces fue un dolor de cabeza.

Decepcionante y poco confortable.
Me gustó la ubicación. Que tuviera elevador. Limpieza de habitación.
Que las habitaciones no tengan clima. Durante mi estancia hizo frio y no fue fue posible tener una temperatura confortable dentro de la habitación. Que la señal de Internet solo funcione adecuadamente en algunas habitaciones. El equipamiento de las habitaciones es muy escaso y demasiado básico: solo una mini mesita al lado de la cama; clósets con solo 3 ganchos para colgar la ropa; el espacio de la ducha es demasiado pequeño y la puerta abre hacia adentro de la ducha, por lo que se batalla para entrar; solo tiene un espejo pegado a la puerta del baño (además de uno muy pequeño dentro del baño) por lo que no resulta práctico por ejemplo para que una mujer pueda maquillarse cómodamente; el lavamanos del baño es demasiado pequeño, no hay suficiente espacio para poner artículos de aseo personal; no cuenta con tapetes al lado de la cama, lo que junto con el clima frio hace una estancia poco confortable.

unicamente la ubicacion del hotel ya que es centrico
NO HAY CALEFACCION EN LAS HABITACIONES, MISMAS QUE HUELEN MUY MAL, A DRENAJE. NO HAY ORGANIZACION, NO HAY AGUA, Y CUANDO SALE SALE FRIA, NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE. EL HOTEL ESTA HELADO. TE COBRAN MUCHO Y NO OFRECEN CALIDAD NO ESTAN PREPARADOS PARA OFRECER SERVICIO AL PUBLICO.

PÉSIMA CALIDAD PARA EL PRECIO
Solo la limpieza.
El hotel parece que aún está en construcción, no tenía calefacción y nos estábamos congelando. Lo único que hicieron para solucionarlo fue darnos una colcha extra. No tuvimos agua en el cuarto por varias horas. El estacionamiento está en ruinas y no puedes mover tu auto libremente. El personal que hace la limpieza en el cuarto no deja toallas nuevas, tienes que ir a recepción por ellas cada día. La tarjeta para entrar a tu habitación se desactiva cada día a las 12 por ende tienes que ir a mostrador a reactivarla todos los días. EN GENERAL PÉSIMA ORGANIZACIÓN DEL HOTEL.
